100% Disabled Veterans Can Get Expedited Review Of SSA Disability Claims

Social Security has announced that those veterans with a 100% VA permanent and total disability rating can have their SSA disability claims expedited. It is not important to note that this does not mean that SSA is going to accept the VA’s findings and automatically approve such veterans. SSA has their own system for determining disability. Each claimant, veteran or not, has to meet the requirements for SSA to find him or her disabled. That said, this is still a good way for disabled veterans to have their SSA disability applications processed more quickly.
